On 21 June 2013, Mr. André Scholz, Chargé d’Affairs a.i. of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to Namibia, and Mr. Andries Leevi Hungamo  Permanent Secretary of the National Planning Commission, signed a financial co-operation agreement and reaffirmed that the main objectives of Namibian–German co-operation are to support the Namibian Government in its efforts to reduce poverty and unemployment, to improve the population’s overall living conditions and Mr. André Scholz, Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the         to strengthen the country’s infrastructure, as well as to foster economic
